The Rental Property Owners Association of Mid-Michigan, fomerly known as Landlords of Mid-Michigan (LoMM), is a non-profit organization established in 1971. Our purpose is to bring together landlords and property managers in the Mid-Michigan area to offer opportunities for education, networking, and support.

We hold monthly meetings for presentations on a wide array of topics related to owning and/or managing investment properties. These topics include, but are not limited to: real estate, law, code compliance, property maintenance tips, bookkeeping/organization, taxes, tenant issues, etc.
